Due to the fact that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection

Access data and hosting
You can visit our websites without entering personal data, such as: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, etc. Each access to the website causes the web server to automatically store only so-called server logs containing, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of download, the amount of data transmitted and information about the data provider (access data) and documenting the data access.
This access data is analysed only to ensure the smooth functioning of the website and improve our offer. This serves to protect our legitimate interest in the proper presentation of our offer, which, by applying the principle of balancing interests, is superior.


Data collection and use for the purpose of agreement performance and customer service provision
We collect personal data that will be provided to us voluntarily as part of ordering, establishing contact with us (e.g. via the contact form or e-mail) or in the case of creating a customer account.
Mandatory fields must be filled in if the data is required for the purpose of agreement performance or establishing contact or creating a customer account, and if the order cannot be fulfilled and/or the account cannot be created or contact information cannot be sent without the provision of data. Data entry forms show what kind of data is collected. We use the data you provide for the purpose of agreement performance and to respond to your enquiries. Once the agreement has been performed in its entirety or the customer account has been deleted, the use of your data for further processing will be restricted, and upon the expiry of the data retention period resulting from tax law and commercial law it will be erased, unless you expressly consent to the further use of your data and unless we reserve the right to its further use, which in accordance with the law will be allowed and of which we inform you in this statement. You can delete your customer account at any time by sending
a message to the contact address below.

Transfer of personal data to companies carrying out delivery
If you give your consent during the ordering process or after submitting an order, your e-mail address and phone number will be transferred to the selected delivery company, so that it is possible to contact you before the delivery of goods to notify you of the delivery or agree on the delivery method.
This consent may be revoked at any time by sending a message to the contact address below. After revoking the consent, we will erase the data you provided, unless you give your explicit consent to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to its further use, which in accordance with the law will be allowed and of which we inform you in this statement.

Direct mail and the right to object
We also reserve the right to use your full name and postal address to perform the agreement, e.g. to send a printed invoice by letter. Using Google Universal Analytics to analyse the network
This website uses Google Universal Analytics, a network analysis service provided by Google LLC (www.google.pl). This serves to protect our legitimate interest in the optimal presentation of our offer, which, by applying the principle of balancing interests, is superior.
Google Universal Analytics employs methods that allow analysis of your use of the network, such as cookies. Automatically collected information about how you use this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. In the case of activation of IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address will be shortened within the EU member states or other countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being sent. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymous IP address is transferred as part of the Google Analytics service using a browser; it is not generally connected by Google with other data.
Google LLC has its registered office in the USA and has a Privacy Shield certificate under the EU-US Privacy Shield. It is possible to view the valid certificate. On the basis of an agreement between the US and the European Commission, the European Commission concluded that the level of personal data protection of enterprises with the Privacy Shield certificate is appropriate.

Advertising through the Google Ads Remarketing network
The Google Ads service allows us to advertise the site in the results of the Google search engine on third-party websites. When our website is visited, we use the remarketing function offered by Google (the so-called remarketing cookie), which automatically uses a cookie with an anonymous ID and allows advertising based on the interest shown. This serves to protect our legitimate interest in optimising the market facilitation of our website, which, by applying the principle of balancing
interests, is superior.
Further use of the data will only take place if you give Google your consent to combine your online history and the Google browser history with your Google Account and use your Google Account-related information to personalise your web views. In this case, by visiting our website you are logged in to Google, and Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target groups for remarketing synchronised with the device. In addition, your personal data is
temporarily linked to Google Analytics data to create target groups.

The right to object

If the data is processed for other purposes, you have the right to object only if there are reasons pertaining to your specific situation.
After you exercise your right to object in whole or in part, your personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes, unless we demonstrate valid and reasonable grounds for processing that override your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms or if the data processing is intended to establish, assert or defend against claims.
